Courses

My courses are a way to explain the Henle Latin text following the schedule of the Challenge Guide for A – III. For each week there are teacher notes, student notes, a homework check (aka "quiz"), and a recording of me explaining the lesson. As well, starting in 2024, you also get a link to share with your students that gives each one of them access to me working through the first day’s assignments!** Thus, they get the lesson from you, and also a walk-through of roughly a quarter of the work so that you can make sure they fully know it. I should note that I preview the material for the students, and then they go do the work.

While there are other great resources to help with understanding Henle Latin, the main benefit of my courses is that they explain the material and also provide student notes that you can use to explain the material to your class. Knowing the material is only half the battle, and it takes a lot of time to come up with a clear, systematized, and easily accessible way to share your knowledge. Thus, this will help you understand and make your preparation and class time be used much more efficiently. As well, they now also get a days worth of exercises to reinforce your teaching.

All courses are already recorded so that you can watch at your convenience. Before signing up, please make sure to preview the resources to make sure this will be a good fit for you. You can preview these with links on the "Preview and Free First 10 Lessons" part of this site.

** While Challenge B, II, and III are already recorded, Challenge A and I assignment videos will be uploaded every week. If your community is on an earlier schedule than ours, then the videos will be late. Sorry, if that is your situation.

If interested in signing up you can mail me a check (my address is in the Payment Form on any preview folder) or send me the money at paypal.me/latinleadlearner. PLEASE PUT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS in the description of what you are signing up for. I don’t have any other way to get you the resources without the email you want access sent to.
